Canandaigua VA Medical Centers Rural Mobile Telehealth Van allows Veterans to take advantage of receiving quality health care services closer to home. The Rural Mobile TeleHealth Van will provide real time clinical care to Veterans so they can have timely and easy access to VA providers.

The Rural Mobile Tele-health Van has five regularly scheduled sites in Monroe, Wayne, Ontario and Livingston counties where it will offer medical and behavioral health services via tele-health.
