BOARD & COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULES:
In compliance with Section 396(k) of the Communications Act, WXXI Public Broadcasting Council maintains an open meeting policy. The public is welcome at all meetings, unless the meeting goes into executive session (closed) as provided for in the Act. The Board has allocated 5 minutes total for all public statements to the Board, in order to not disrupt the business at hand.
SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS FOR 2025
All meetings will be held at WXXI, 280 State Street, Rochester, NY 14614 unless otherwise specified. It is the policy of WXXI to comply with the open meeting policy of the Communications Act of 1934. All meetings of the board of trustees, board committees and advisory committees are open to the public. Advance notice of any change in site will be provided. The schedule of meetings is posted annually.

COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD (CAB)
The Community Advisory Board (CAB) is a group of volunteers that helps WXXI fulfill its mission to engage the community with programming that stimulates and expands thought, inspires the spirit, opens cultural horizons and promotes understanding of diverse issues. The CAB helps WXXI staff and management evaluate how programs and content serve the needs and interests of our community. The CAB meets three times a year and participates in station events.
