Houston Symphony music director Andrés Orozco-Estrada

Houston Symphony’s Colombian-born and Vienna-trained conductor Andrés Orozco-Estrada leads a performance of Rachmaninoff’s Symphony No. 2, and accomplished and unrivaled violinist Midori will dazzle audiences with Mendelssohn’s virtuosic Violin Concerto on 9/5.  Then SymphonyCast returns us to the BBC Proms to round out the month.
