Arild Remmereit leads Beethoven’s graceful Second Symphony. These concerts also feature the Piano Concerto of the 17-year-old Clara Wieck, composed shortly after she fell in love with Robert Schumann. Plus, the dramatic Overture to Macbeth, written in the midst of the Civil War by one of America’s earliest composers, William Henry Fry.

Plus a new composition by an Eastman School of Music student composer.
