America Abroad: Global Energy and Innovations

(Rochester, New York) – In Global Energy and Innovations, America Abroad, airing Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 9 p.m. on AM 1370/FM-HD 91.5-2, looks at how the energy community has debated the need for a balance between oil, gas, and renewables here at home. Listeners will hear how India and China, with their own booming populations and increasing energy needs, are planning out their own energy needs, and how energy technologies being developed at MIT are shaping future technologies, which are being exported to, of all places, the oil-rich Middle East.
