Watkins and The Rapiers

Watkins and the Rapiers is a seven member neo-folk-rock band that the Democrat and Chronicle has hailed as "one of Rochester's finest bands." Formed in 1996, the band has launched three CDs. The first two CDs incorporate Cajun, country, rock, jug band, reggae, swing and polkas. The third CD, launched in the fall of 2006 was a Christmas CD set. It is filled with quirky, inspirational, humorous, endearing orginal songs. Watkins has played throughout Upstate and Western New York.
