Hinkley

Hinkley, formed in 2000, is a Rochester, NY band whose influences run deep in traditional American music, but are often likened to contemporary independent atists such as The Shins, Sparklehorse, and Wilco.

The band's music is described as beautiful, euphoric indie rock with an edge. Their latest CD encompasses a wide variety of ideas weaving between coutry, 60's pop and indie-rock, which is still grounded in their own distinct sound.
