Rochester's ultimate frisbee champs say they live by the cooperative, empathetic values of the game

More than 2,700 athletes representing 28 countries competed in the the World Masters Ultimate Club Championships, including some Rochesterians: “We've worked really hard our whole lives to play as best as we can and learn as much as we can," said Angela Dana.
