RMSC, Rochester Public Library work to digitize historic Black-owned newspaper

There’s an effort underway to digitize one of the longest-running Black newspapers in New York state. The Frederick Douglass Voice was published in Rochester and was in circulation for more than 60 years, from 1933 to 1996.
