Rochester musician Annie Jacob-Perkins started cello at age 5 at Hochstein School of Music, and won a 2014 Hochstein Merit Scholarship and has been featured on NPR's show From The Top. She received a full scholarship to University of Southern California, where she now studies cello performance. She will be featured on Backstage Pass on January 8, 2016.
