Lawsuit Threatened Over Mayoral Control

School Board Vice President Van White says he will submit a legal challenge to mayoral control legislation if it is passed by the legislature and signed into law by Governor Paterson.

White made his comments on 1370 Connection with Bob Smith on Thursday. White says he believes the measure violates the Voting Rights Law.
