In 2009 Billy Kelly released his first CD, “Thank You for Joining the Happy Club.” Since the launch of his first album Billy Kelly has released two others, “The Family Garden”, and “Is This Some Kind of Joke?,” which includes a duet with The Monkees’ Davy Jones. He recently launched a series of TV segments called I’m Thinking of an Animal, which air on WXXI-TV/HD during WXXI’s kids block, weekdays from 7a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The segments borrow from the popular car-ride kids’ game of the same name. Billy Kelly sings clues about an animal he is thinking of, and supports his clues with animation, and performances by a professional dance troupe.
