Flying Cheap & the Crash of Flight 3407

The video clip above shows the site of the crash of Flight 3407 one year later. The crash destroyed one home and significantly damaged a second in Clarence Center. A march of remembrance is scheduled for the one year anniversary February 12. Family members of victims will lead the ten mile march from the crash site to the Buffalo Niagara Airport to symbolize the end of the journey of the fateful flight.

The coat pictured at right now hangs in a frame in the Clarence Town Hall.   It was worn by the Emergency Services Coordinator at the crash site and became a symbol of the community's efforts to recover from the tragedy.
