Irene Delays DEC Fracking Report

WXXI Innovation Trail reporter Zack Seward says a Department of Environmental Conservation report on fracking in New York State is being pushed back because of Hurricane Irene.

Zack reports the DEC says it is focused on clean up and recovery efforts from the storm.
