Gas Panel Combines Fracking Fans and Foes to Advise New York State

WXXI Innovation Trail reporter Marie Cusick looks at the Department of Environmental Conservation's plan to bring together people from both sides of the hydrofracking debate - and keep the meetings closed to the public.
