Governor Begins "People First" Statewide Tour

Governor Andrew Cuomo began his "People First" tour in Syracuse Tuesday to push his administration's top priorities in the final weeks of the legislative session.

The governor had some harsh words for the state legislature in his remarks at Onondaga Community Center.

WXXI Capitol Bureau Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports that back at the State Capitol, tensions between pro tax cap and anti tax cap advocates erupted into heated arguments.
