Innovation Trail: Power Shift at the Power Authority

Despite denials from his office, it appears New York Power Authority CEO Richard Kessel will soon be stepping down.

WXXI Innovation Trail reporter Zack Seward writes that Kessel's pending departure was confirmed by Assemblyman Joe Morelle (D-Irondequoit).

Morelle appeared on WXXI's 1370 Connection Tuesday afternoon.
