Budget Framework Complete, Now on to Bill Passage

Governor Cuomo and legislative leaders announced a conceptual budget agreement late Sunday afternoon, that will cut aid to schools and health care, and will not raise any taxes or borrow money to close the state's $10 billion dollar deficit.

As WXXI Capitol Bureau Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports, while not all the i's are dotted and t's crossed in the budget deal, Cuomo calls it a "definitive framework", and says he hopes the legislature can start passing bills as early as Tuesday.
