NY NOW: Governor Paterson's Exit Interview

Whenever an individual moves on from a job, he or she usually has an exit interview detailing highs and lows as an employee. This week on NY NOW, Gov. David A. Paterson has his.

We sat down with New York's 55th governor in the Red Room to discuss his nearly three years as the Chief Executive. Ascending to the office after the shocking resignation of Eliot Spitzer, Paterson grappled with record deficits, an often-times uncooperative legislature and scandals that ultimately led him to not seek election as governor this year.

Watch the Paterson interview and analysis of his tenure at this week's Reporter Roundtable with Matt Ryan, Casey Seiler and Karen DeWitt of New York State Public Radio. NY Now airs on WXXI-TV Friday nights at 10:30. Click on the video box below to see a preview.
