Paterson Accused of Misleading Ethics Committee

An Independent Counsel says New York Governor David Paterson misled the state ethics committee when testifying about 2009 Yankees World Series tickets.

Paterson faced controversy over whether he paid for the tickets or received them for free. The counsel's report released Thursday says the Albany District Attorney will have ot decide whether to pursue a criminal prosecution for perjury.
