Two Day Special Session Yields No Agreement

A second day of a special legislative session in Albany produced nothing, and lawmakers headed home for a long weekend, likely to return next week.

Negotiations on a deal that would allow SUNY & CUNY schools more autonomy in setting tuition did not end with an agreement Thursday.
