New Effort to Improve High Blood Pressure Care Locally

People are encouraged to complete an online survey about hypertension to discover if the community is aware of the disease and what it takes to manage it.

The effort is a collaboration of the Rochester Business Alliance and the Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency's High Blood Pressure Collaborative Work Group.
