Our news department has been busy covering local and state political races in anticipation of Election Day. On October 20th, WXXI brought you the only televised New York Gubernatorial debate. On Wednesday, October 29 WXXI will carry the 24th Congressional District debate with U.S. Rep. Dan Maffei and Republican challenger John Katko live from the WCNY studios in Syracuse. The 24th Congressional District Debate airs on WXXI-TV, AM 1370, and WEOS-FM 89.5 (Geneva) Wednesday at 8 p.m. Audio will also stream at WXXI.org/listen.
