WXXI, the Little Theatre, and CITY News are dedicated to the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and we are doing the hard work of looking inside and outside of our organizations to make sure that we are living up to our DEI promise. As part of this work, we have put in place a DEI Council made up of staff, board members and volunteers. It is the Council's job to oversee the development of our organizations as community leaders on issues of racial equity. Council “Change Teams” ensure a DEI focus in the areas of Capacity, Content, Engagement and Structural Inequality.

We are commited to diversity and inclusivity that reflects our antiracist objectives in our staff and leadership, content development, and community engagement. And, we strive to affirm and amplify diverse voices and stories.
