I am proud to share that WXXI recently received a New York State Emmy® Award for its documentary PRELUDE / The Legacy of Garth Fagan Dance at the 66th Annual New York Emmy® Awards gala in New York City.

Winning in the “Documentary Cultural” category, the hour-long documentary takes viewers on a journey through the twists and turns of Tony Award-winning choreographer Garth Fagan’s storied, collaborative, and prolific career. A big shout out to executive producer Erin McCormack, producer Katie Epner, and director of photography Jason Milton for their great work!
