Family life proves to be stressful as Martin and Louisa raise their infant son. In addition, Louisa finds it hard to manage all her responsibilities as she begins the search for a new nanny and considers making a career change, causing a rift with Martin. Meanwhile, Portwenn is abuzz as residents prepare for a wedding. As some relationships bloom and others falter, can Martin cope with all the changes – or will he risk the fragile unity he’s forged with his family? Guest stars this season include Kevin Doyle (Downton Abbey) as Morwenna’s father and Academy Award nominee Sigourney Weaver (Alien, Ghostbusters) as an American tourist in need of medical assistance while traveling in Portwenn.
