WXXI presents live coverage of Governor Kathy Hochul's State of the State Address.

New York  Governor Kathy Hochul will deliver her State of the State address on Tuesday, January 10 at 1 p.m. on WXXI-TV and WXXI News/NPR. This will be Hochul's first State of the State address as elected governor. 

Her address will take place in the state Assembly chamber at the state Capitol in Albany.
