Women throughout history have broken the rules and stepped outside conventional social norms to make history happen. A Beautiful World: Rebels, Renegades and Wild Women, airing on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 9 p.m. on AM 1370, investigates several women who stand out as the rebels of their time. 

A Beautiful World is a solutions journalism news program that focuses on inspirational stories and ideas from around the globe. "Rebels, Renegades and Wild Women" celebrates Women's History Month with stories of powerful women throughout history: suffragette Susan B. Anthony; female samurai Tomoe Gozen; animal rights activist Jane Goodall; first African American female astronaut Mae Jemison; Elena Favili and Francesca Cavallo, authors of the "Rebel Girls" series.
