The renowned men's ensemble, Cantus, presents music from the ensemble's project, The Four Loves, an exploration of romantic, familial, friendly and unconditional love, from the Plymouth Congregational Church in Minneapolis, MN. The performance will broadcast on Classical 91.5 Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 12 p.m

The award winning ensemble will be performing some of their songs along with exploring the complexities of love to celebrate Valentine's Day. The 'Four Loves' the group explore come from the four different types of love the ancient Greeks spoke of. Cantus has become one of the most acclaimed men's vocal groups in America and are based out of Minneapolis, MN. The group became the first collaborative ensemble to win the Chorus America Margaret Hillis Award in 2009 and won the Chorus America's Education Outreach Award in 2011. They have performed with groups such as the Boston Pops and have appeared on programs such as "A Prarie Home Companian." 

After starting as a student organization at St. Olaf College in 1995, Cantus is known around the world for its versatility in their programs, their artistic excellence and their charismatic personality. The group's music ranges from the Renaissance to the 21st century and they have released 17 albums on their own self-titled label.
