In a three-part chronicle of the Vietnam War, which features first-hand accounts of men and women who were there. "Part Three: Draw Down" shows how the U.S. turns the war over to So.Vietnam and begins returning soldiers, often to a disparaging public. The U.S. leaves by 1973, but the country falls to the Communists in 1975. American War Stories: Vietnam Part 3 "Draw Down" airs Sunday, November 20th at 11pm on WXXI-TV
