Join WXXI for Classical 91.5 Presents, a series that spotlights classical music connections in film.

“No music. No life.” That was the slogan for Tower Records, the chain of record stores that transformed from its humble beginnings in a small-town drugstore to two hundred stores, in thirty countries, on five continents.Colin Hanks directs 'All Things Must Pass' – a brand-new documentary that explores the rise and fall of Tower Records, and its legacy forged by its rebellious founder, Russ Solomon. Tickets are just $6.

After the film, stick around for a discussion about the movie & the death and resurgence of vinyl culture, share your music shop memories, and ask questions about the care and feeding of your music collection.  WXXI Classical 91.5 music director and mid-day host Julia Figueras hosts:
