WXXI's Open House

WXXI opens its doors to the public on Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a day of fun, free activities for guests of all ages.

Please join us for WXXI's Open House, a  free event with plenty of activities for children and adults. Guests will have a chance to meet some of their favorite PBS Kids’ characters including Buddy from Dinosaur Train and WordGirl, talk with WXXI’s radio hosts, ask questions of WXXI’s news reporters, visit the sets of Homework Hotline and Need to Know Rochester, listen to live music, sneak a peek at season seven of Second Opinion, see yourself on TV, experience the RPO musical instrument petting zoo, see WXXI-FM’s Chris Van Hof, and WRUR-FM’s Open Tunings host Scott Regan and La Dolce Vita’s John Sebaste on air, and much more.
