"Jazz Break" on AM 1370 & WRUR-FM 88.5

AM 1370's Alex Crichton and WRUR-FM's Scott Regan talk about the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Fest

The Xerox Rochester International Jazz Fest kicks off Friday, June 11, and to celebrate AM 1370 and WRUR-FM 88.5 present Jazz Break at 8:35 weekday mornings.  Morning Edition's Alex Crichton will be joined by Scott Regan, host of Open Tunings on WRUR 88.5 and together they will bring listeners up-to-date on what's happening at the XRIJF, offer some tips for anyone thinking about going to the festival, play a little music, and have some fun. Also, WXXI-FM Classical 91.5's Julia Figueras previews some of the Monday highlights as she talks with Brenda Tremblay.

Jazz Break airs at 8:35 a.m. Friday, June 11, and Monday - Friday, June 14 - 18.
