All new episodes take the Dinosaur Train to China, Europe and Africa.

This May on Dinosaur Train, Buddy and the entire Pteranodon family embark on a roaring, exploring, World Tour adventure in four all-new summer vacation episodes! Airing May 24-27 at 9:30 a.m. on WXXI-TV (DT 21.1/cable 1011 and 11), the special week finds the family packing up and boarding the train to discover the wonderful variety of dinosaurs inhabiting the globe.

Joining their trip is new character Gilbert, the conductor's young nephew. In China, they discover the wise old Confuciusornis dinosaur, who resembles a bird. Then they travel to Europe to meet a large herbivore called Iguanodon. In the final leg of their journey, they visit Africa and encounter Kenny Kentrosaurus, a Stegasaur from the Jurassic period.

DINOSAUR TRAIN is seen through the eyes of Buddy, a preschool-aged Tyrannosaurus Rex. Buddy and his adoptive family of Pteranodons go for adventures on the Dinosaur Train to meet all kinds of dinosaurs in different eras and learn fascinating new facts about these incredible creatures.
