Explore the lives of the century’s most famous British leaders.

BRITOGRAPHY brings together biographies of four famous and controversial Britons: Winston Churchill, the Prime Minister who led Britain to victory in World War II; General Bernard Law Montgomery, best known for pushing Rommel out of Africa; Louis Mountbatten, who presided over the dissolution of the British Empire; and Prince Charles, present day Prince of Wales and heir to the British throne.

BRITOGRAPHY airs Sunday, April 11 at 11 p.m. on WXXI-TV (DT21.1/cable1011 and 11).

The first series includes the three-part documentary CHURCHILL: THE MAN BEHIND THE MYTH, exploring the controversial life of the man who was at the helm of England through the Second World War. Considered one of  Britain’s greatest—and most
flawed—leaders, Churchill achieved some of history’s most towering achievements and was involved in some of its greatest disasters.
