NOBODY, NOBODY WILL SUCCEED REDUCING WEIGHT AND GET HEALTHY, IF OUR FOOD INTAKE IS INFERIOR OR, AS WITH WHITE SUGAR AND WHITE FLOUR, HAVE BEEN ALTERED SO MUCH TO MAKE US SICK. ADDED SYNTHETIC GROWTH HORMONES, ANTIBIOTICS, TOXIC PESTICIDES THAT ARE ADDED EITHER TO OUR COWS' FOOD, OUR SOIL AND/OR OUR WATER IS MAKING US ILL. ALL THESE ADDITIVES ARE VERY DANGEROUS TO OUR HEALTH! WE NEED TO REPLACE THEM WITH QUALITY, HOMEGROWN (IF POSSIBLE) FOODS.
BOOKS SUCH AS MARK HYMAN'S ''THE ULTRAMIND SOLUTION'', ANDREW WEIL'S ''HEALTHY BRAIN KIT'' AND MANY OTHERS WILL STEER US IN THE HEALTHY DIRECTION. WE ADULTS NEED TO GIVE KIDS A NEW PARADIGM. EAT QUALITY FOOD! OUR BODIES AND OUR ENVIRONMENT WILL THANK US!
WE AS ADULTS NEED TO LEAD WITH EXAMPLE!
