From the Top and the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation have teamed up to provide upwards of $2 million in scholarships to talented young musicians with financial need. 

Join From the Top in Washington, D.C. this month to celebrate a ten-year partnership with the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. From the Top will also be visiting Boston, the Chautauqua Institution and San Jose State University.

3/6        In celebration of a ten-year partnership with the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, we bring you a special program from our nation’s capital where we’ll meet current and past recipients of the Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award, including a female percussionist who is breaking stereotypes with her all-female percussion group and enjoy a special performance by Washington Performing Arts’ Children of the Gospel Choir.

3/13      From our hometown of Boston, this week’s show features amazing performances and inspiring stories from some of America’s best young classical musicians TBA.

3/20      From the Chautauqua Institution in Western New York we’ll hear an 18-year old violinist perform music of  Saint-Saëns, 16-year-old pianist from Alabama perform Chopin, 18 year-old recorder extraordinaire perform music by Arcangelo Corelli a young cellist from Oregon and  a piano trio from Germantown, Wisconsin.  

3/27      From San Jose State University and featuring amazing performances and inspiring stories from some of America’s best young classical musicians TBA.
