Find out About WXXI Learn At Home

WXXI knows that the 2020-2021 school year is very different in many ways. We are here to support families and teachers with free resources, so that every student has access to learning opportunities – wherever they are. Learn At Home initiative offers a wide range of resources and supports available to P-12 students, educators, parents and caregivers, including on-air broadcasts, live TV streams and content on-demand each weekday. For ALL students: PBS LearningMedia is available with video collections and clips across all curriculums and grade levels. Searchable and free for all. This is a go-to learning platform for remote learning and in-classroom use by students, teachers and families.

For our Younger Students:

PBS KIDS on WXXI-TV weekday schedule is now also available as a  WXXI-TV LIVE Stream on devices that supports a web browser from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

WXXI Kids 24/7 channel and WXXI Kids 24/7 Live Stream offers PBS KIDS programming is availabile anytime and anywhere. 
On-demand versions of programming are available on the PBSKIDS.org and the PBS KIDS video player app. 

For 6th-12th grade students:

WXXI-WORLD (Weekdays, 12 to 5 p.m.) television schedules to support families, educators, and students with connected links to related PBS LearningMedia resources.

Help for Educators and Parents:

WXXI Education has also curated and created resources to support classroom and remote learning: educational videos, activity ideas, lessons, free PBS KIDS apps, and linked resources to use PBS LearningMedia’s free educational service.
