Julia Figueras welcomes local chamber ensemble Madrigalia, in celebration of their 40th Anniversary. Current director Cary Ratcliff is joined by longtime director Roger Wilhelm to reflect on their history and look toward their future. Backstage Pass with Madrigalia air Friday, April 8, 2016 at 1 p.m. on Classical 91.5.

Madrigalia performs choral music of all genres at the highest level of artistic excellence, and promotes the appreciation of choral singing to diverse audiences through performances, recordings, broadcasts, outreach, and the commissioning of new music. 

Backstage Pass is a monthly live performance program that gives listeners the backstage experience of meeting local and visiting artists. An encore of this broadcast airs Sunday, April 10  at 1 p.m. on Classical 91.5.
