Liz Rosa, Amelia del Caño, Clayton Kullander, and Randy Fultz of the Project Bassoon Quartet join host Julia Figueras for Backstage Pass Friday, February 19, 2016 at 1 p.m. on Classical 91.5. Broadcast live from the Henry Epstein studio, the quartet will perform and talk with Julia about their music.

The players of the Project Bassoon Quartet are young Eastman School of Music graduates who rose to fame by performing their original arrangement of the theme song from Late Night with Seth Myers in 2014. Since then they have grown in talent and fame. Most notably, they released a new holiday album which they toured in the holiday season of 2015 for the benefit of St. Jude’s Children’s hospital.

Backstage Pass is a monthly live performance program that gives listeners the backstage experience of meeting local and visiting artists. An encore of this broadcast airs Sunday, February 21 at 1 p.m. on Classical 91.5.
