Local initiatives to get kids the supplies and resources they need most to do well in school.   
Pat Braus, Rochester Education Foundation
- Rochester Education Foundation is an independent not-for-profit dedicated to raising resources and improving the lives and education of Rochester city school children.  REF gives musical instruments to city students, supports student book clubs and a wealth of literacy activities, and partners with the National Academy Foundation to provide paid summer internships to city students at some of Rochester’s leading businesses.  Additionally, REF provides last-dollar grants to city students going to college and recently created the Rochester College Access Network.
-Rochester city school graduate – and Super Bowl Champion – Roland Williams will receive the Alumni Award and serve as the keynote speaker at Rochester Education Foundation’s Partnership Awards Dinner.
