September Updates

Saturdays at 11am – Starting September 5th

Hannah Help Me! - Documents the life-skills transformation of overwhelmed and desperate moms. Host Hannah Keeley - an author, lifestyle expert and a mother of seven herself - takes these women from the end of their rope to the top of their game with her two-day "boot camp." Part life coach, part drill sergeant, Hannah gets to the root of the problem by altering each mom's behavior, not the conditions they created. In one episode, Hannah assists a woman in dealing with her cluttered home, her tired body, her unruly children, a serious financial threat, and most critically, a defeated spirit. Hannah wraps up the series by surprising all six moms with a trip to Turks and Caicos. Here, they all face challenges both as individuals and a group and develop new success skills to take back home.
