The 26-part cooking series, produced entirely on location in cities across Southeast Asia, is as much a travel series as it is a culinary experience, with visits to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. Tommy explores each location's history, cultural customs and exotic dishes, then embarks on a culinary adventure. He cooks with the region's master chefs to learn more about their time-honored techniques for preparing delicious Asian cuisine.
