Monday-Thursday at 9am – Hands on Crafts for Kids – Starts December 31st
"Cultural Traditions of the Islands" Culture is the way of life of a group of people and includes customs, practices and beliefs. Culture is what makes people act, think and behave differently. This series of Hands On Crafts for Kids (Series 900) explores different cultures and fun things about different parts of the worlds - with one special twist - we’re concentrating just on islands. Each of the 13 shows visits one island and learns about their culture and habitat through hands on crafts. It’s all about getting to know people of other cultures not just on these islands but at home too! Also every project has just five main steps and five main ingredients plus the basics; like scissors, black markers, rulers and toothpicks.
