Open House
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Rochester Area Educational
Television Association (RAETA).

RAETA would later become WXXI Public Broadcasting Council. In 1958 a group of educators, community leaders and concerned citizens came together to form RAETA. They believed that television was a perfect tool to educate, inform and inspire the largest audience possible, a goal WXXI still aspires to today.
To celebrate, we’re hosting a free Open House on Saturday, September 27th between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. There are plenty of things to do for grownups and kids!
