Saturday, July 10 at 1 p.m. – The Los Angeles Opera
(Rochester, NY) –Classical 91.5 presents seven full-length operas from the fourth largest opera company in the United States - the Los Angeles Opera, airing Saturdays at 1 p.m., beginning July 10. This season commemorates the 250th anniversary of the death of George Frideric Handel with the company premiere of Tameriano, starring Placido Domingo; and the US premiere of Franz Shreker’s The Stigmatized as part of the company’s Recovered Voices project, which highlights works by composers affected by the Holocaust.
