(Rochester, NY) – WXXI presents this updated version of a public radio holiday tradition, Jonathan Winters’ A Christmas Carol, airing Friday, December 24 at 1 p.m. and 11 p.m. on AM1370/FM-HD91.5-2. Master comedian Jonathan Winters presents a distinctive reading of Dickens’ holiday classic, with special performing edition prepared by Dickens for his own presentations. Hosted by NPR’s Lisa Simeone, the program also features Mimi Kennedy.
