WXXI has introduced you to good friends for the past four decades

Come celebrate our 40th anniversary on Saturday, September 30, 2006!

Over the last several months WXXI has been celebrating our 40th anniversary in various ways – including a 40th Anniversary Reunion with our original members. Our year-long festivities will culminate when we open our doors to our members, friends and neighbors for a special anniversary celebration.

Come join in our celebration. Take a tour of the station. Engage in a hands-on activity with your child. Meet your favorite radio hosts. Shake a paw with the Big Red Dog. Check out the set of Homework Hotline. Have a piece of anniversary cake. There’s a whole lot do – with guaranteed fun for the whole family!
